We may collect personally identifiable information. Such personally identifiable information will only be collected when voluntarily submitted to us by you through your access to the Site, filling out a form on the Site, corresponding with us by phone, email or in-person, or creating an account through the Site. We may collect credit card information from you to allow you to pay for courses and products on our Site. Financial information shall be submitted through a payment gateway provided by Authorize.Net (the “Payment Processor”) and secured by a Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) communication protocol. We do not store your credit card information. Your financial information may need to be entered multiple times for courses and products that you purchase. When you purchase a subscription directly from us, payment details you provide in the designated checkout page on our Site will be encrypted using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol before they are submitted to us over the internet. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to the Payment Processor which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorizing payment. Information which you supply to the Payment Processor is not within our control and is subject to the Payment Processor’s own privacy policy and terms and conditions.

We may record information about your usage, such as when you use the Site, the contacts you communicate with and the videos you watch on the Site.

We may track your movement on the Site to enable you to download or print course transcripts and/or certificates of completion.

We may automatically collect information from you each time you visit the Site. This includes technical information, information about your visit, and information about your activity on our Site such as courses searched and viewed, page response times, download errors, length of visit to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouseovers), methods to browse to and away from a page, and methods used to contact our support team.

Business Plan Subscriptions: We partner with certain third parties to provide our services to their employees. As part of such relationship, a third party may pay for the subscription for its employees or otherwise contract with us to make your subscription available to you, and we may share information about your use of our services with the third party. If your subscription was provided by your employer we may share information you provide, or information we may otherwise collect through your registration and use of our services, with such third party. This information may include course viewing history, course viewing time, course or assessment completion, course quality ratings and feedback, certifications, performance-related metrics, and other personal information.

Exam Institutes: We may give your information to applicable Exam Institutes if authorized by you.

Legal Process: We may need to share your information with law enforcement or government agencies in response to a subpoena, state and/or federal audit or as otherwise required by law.

Third Party Marketing: We will not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties for the purpose of such third parties' sending unsolicited offers or advertisements.

Platform Providers: Some of the courses available on the Site are delivered by other training platforms, which is plainly disclosed on the applicable courses. For courses offered on other training platforms, your name and email address are shared with that platform provider in order to make the course available to you. Third party platform delivery parties are contracted with us and have agreed to not to sell or market anything to you.

Business Transfers: In the event that we sell all or part of our stock or assets or enter into a merger, we reserve the right to include personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information among assets transferred to the acquiring or surviving company.

Data Analytics: We may provide non-personally identifiable information about our customers’ sales, Site traffic patterns and related Site information to third party advertisers.

Public Forum: The Site may, from time to time, make chat rooms, message boards, news groups, or other public forums available to its users, whether by way of our own services or by way of the services or features of a third party.
